Process

Initial Meeting 

Whether in person or over the phone we will use the initial meeting to listen to your requirements and learn what you need from us.

Site Visit

We will arrange a site visit at a time that is convenient for you to survey and assess the premises and gain a clear understanding of what is required and make informed recommendations to you.

Proposal

Following the site visit we will be able to draw a detailed proposal for your consideration based on your requirements, our observations, current legislation as well as our conversations with you.

Before Work Commences

Once we have satisfied your requirements, we will set a start date for work to commence, again this will be at a time that best suits you. You will be provided with a full schedule of work to ensure you are fully aware of what will be happening and when.

Work Carried Out

Every job we carry out has a dedicated account manager who ensures a smooth process and to answer any questions you may have as work progresses.

After-Care

Upon completion we will provide you with all documentation and manuals, provide or schedule training prior to sign off in accordance with our unique commissioning quality process. We value feedback and will ask you to let us know what you think of the work and the manner in which it was carried out.

The Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005 sets out the minimum required fire safety standards in non-residential premises in Scotland. Other companies may see such legislation as their goal to reach, Planet Fire see it as our bare minimum, we always aim to go above and beyond.
